1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using EziGo Rentals services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from EziGo Rentals, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age (25+ for premium vehicles)
  • Hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Provide a valid credit card in your name
  • Present valid identification
  • Meet any additional requirements specified for certain vehicle categories

3. Reservation and Payment

When you make a reservation:

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • A security deposit may be held on your credit card
  • Additional charges may apply for extras, fuel, or damages

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before pickup
  • 50% refund: 24-48 hours before pickup
  • No refund: Less than 24 hours before pickup
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

5. Vehicle Use

You agree to:

  • Operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with all traffic laws
  • Not allow anyone else to drive unless authorized
  • Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes
  • Not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Not take the vehicle off-road without authorization
  • Return the vehicle in the same condition as received

6. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included in all rentals. Additional coverage options are available. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the terms of your insurance coverage. See our Insurance Policy for full details.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. You must return the vehicle with a full tank, or refueling charges will apply at a premium rate.

8. Late Returns

Late return fees apply after a 30-minute grace period. If the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours of the scheduled return time, it may be reported as stolen.

9. Limitation of Liability

EziGo Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or rental vehicles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
